Mr. Snarr has more than twenty years of professional civil engineering experience. This experience was gained by contributing to highway, street, bridge, subdivision, sanitary sewer, storm drain, hydraulic structure and waterline projects as project engineer and project manager.
David S. Jeffers, P.E.
Mr. Jeffers has more than nineteen years of local professional experience in multiple areas of civil engineering: rural and urban highways and streets; automobile evaluation facilities; subdivisions; bridges; storm drainage and hydraulic structures; and distribution and collection facilities for water and wastewater.
