The ideal Plan Reviewer or Project Manager will have the following characteristics:
Knowledge of methods of construction.
Skill in making reasonable engineering computations, designs and estimates.
Capability of learning.
Commitment to a quality work process.
Ability to educate and communicate to professionals and general public.
Experience in the practice of professional civil engineering, or graduation from a college or university of recognized standing with major work in civil engineering.
Registration as a Professional Civil Engineer or Engineer in Training could be a plus.
